One of the best ways to help prevent back pain is to keep moving and not stay in the one posture for long periods of time. Remember to take regular breaks and get up and move around. Even getting up for 20 to 30 seconds to pick up some papers from the photocopier is a way to change your position and give your muscles a chance to relax.
