If you already have Pete installed on your desktop PC, right click on the Panadol Pete icon and click on 'Close'. Then proceed to download the new look Pete from this web-site by following the instructions.

Posture Pete! Removal Instructions

To close down this widget for the day, right click on the widget icon in the system tray and select "Close".

To completely remove; first make sure that the widget is closed down from the taskbar, then delete the "GlaxoSmithKline" folder in the "Program Files" folder in (C:) drive of "My Computer".

You can then delete the widget shortcut inside the Startup folder under "Programs" on the Start menu, as well as the "Panadol BACK + NECK Widget" folder also under "Programs" on the Start menu.

To close down this widget for the day, Ctrl + Click on the widget in the Dock, and select Quit.

To remove this widget, delete the widget from "Login Items" under your account in System Preferences.

Then delete the unzipped file from the location it was extracted to. This will only take effect once your computer has restarted.
